Thanks B and w was created by montygti
A big thanks to b and w and all the team. Won my appeal today. They just said they have allowed my appeal and will recomend a reassessment in a year. Which presumably means in june this year as ive waited since june last year for this appeal. Didnt tell me what group or points and that i will receive a letter confirming.
It was a daunting experience as ive never been to the courts before, but i got my point across even though they try to catch you out. But wasnt as bad as what i thought. Would recomend if anyone is going to tribunal that they go and see other tribunals if you can.
Anyway thanks once again.

Congratulations, hopefully the Decision Notice will explain your award.
Once you have the DN, contact the DWP Payments department, it can often take weeks for them to get a copy and if you can fax one through, it may speed up payment of any monies owed to you.
