In the event that a claimant appeals a WRAG decision, in order to gain entry into the Support Group, only to fail and be found fit for work at a Tribunal, do they then have to repay the WRAG monies already paid to them?

Providing there was no deliberate intent to mislead the Decision Maker in the original application, there will be no requirement to re-pay the additional WRAG payment.
