Where do I send the medical certificate/sick note?

I'm hoping someone would be able to help?

I'm in the process of an ESA appeal. I've received the bundle of appeal papers, but haven't had any contact from the Tribunal Service yet. I need to send in another medical certificate for the Assessment rate benefit, but I don't know where to send it.

The DWP have sent my papers to the Tribunal Service, but as I have no contact details for them, do I send the note to the DWP office as before?

Yes, you should send you 'fit note'/medical cert to the DWP address.
