Hi to everyone, 
I am in need of help re my review.
After a reconsideration/appeal using this helpful site, I was placed in the support group
of ESA in Nov 2011.
My review is due & I have received a new ESA50 form , the one with a page 20 heading
Cancer Treatment & dated 01/13 in the corner.
My question is Which guide do I use to complete my review as my inital decision in Nov
2011 was before the 28/1/13 as stated in your Understanding ESA guide, am I to be
reviewed under the old rules or the new rules?
Any help is much appreciated, just need clarification as to which guide to use.

As you have received the new ESA50, you need to use the latest guides under the heading of New ESA50 form.
