When to expect nect ESA50 was created by ESA Headache
Although I am awaiting a Appeal hearing my prognosis is 6 months so just wondering when I should expect another ESA50 e.g. when does the 6 months start from - ESA50 returned to Atos medical assessment etc

The time is taken from the date of the decision (if this was a new claim) or the transfer date (if you migrated from IB). You should expect the forms to be sent out a couple of months ahead of time (although we have some members who received their forms a long time ahead of this).

Thank you, it was a migration. So for me the date would start from the date that my benefit was paid as ESA not IB?
