I am afraid there is no correlation between the time you have waited and the likelihood of your re-assessment being successfully or not.

I would contact ATOS to find out what is happening, there should be a contact number on the letter that accompanied the ESA50, failing that

Phone: 0800 2888 777 or 0113 230 9175

Email: customer-relations @ atoshealthcare.com (remove the space around the @)
