Hi
I am getting Incapacity satisfying this by HRC of DLA. My care runs out in May 2014,will I stay on Incapacity until then,if I get HRC again do I satisfy conditions for ESA?

If I understand your post correctly you are receiving Incapacity Benefit and DLA Higher Rate Care.
This being the case, IB and DLA are separate benefits and each should not be affected changes in the other.
Your IB will at some time over the next year, be transferred to ESA.
Your DLA will be transferred to PIP when it renews in May next year.
You might want to get ahead of the game by having a look at the qualifying criteria for ESA and PIP, see

Just to add to Gordon's excellent advice - their is no automatic qualification for ESA for people on higher awards of DLA.
