Hi again how s this for a long wait. ! My son failed his assessment for esa over ayear ago, he put in an appeal , but heres the punch .my son has depprsion along with mobility issues due to accident at work ,for which he recieved no ccomposation, but that's going of the point.to help himself he decided to get into ateacher training course, and he found a school that welcomed trainies with disabilities so he wrote and told the dwp he got letter back saying he was no longer entiteld to any benefits.mow comes the laught he got a letter this morning with a date to attend appeal this month, he does not know what to do as he is not inreciept of any benifit at all. Thank you for reading this would love to hear your remarks onthis.

He would still be entitled to back payments from the date of the Decision he appealed to the date that his ESA was stopped, so it is still worth his attending providing that he is able to do so.
