Esa please help any advice

Help! Was wondering if there was anybody who could help as I really don't know what to do my husband has been on incapacity benefit for approx 17 years he had to move to esa and we filled the forms out to be told he scored 0 points we asked for it to be looked at again and it was decided he did score 9 points and was put in the Wrag group. On advice we appealed as the medical side ie Gp consultant etc told us they believed he should be in support group. We went to Tribunal this week and it was the worst thing I've ever experienced my husband was in tears and distressed at the experience. However we have received a letter today to say the tribunals decision is that from jan. 2013 he is not entitled to Esa I have spent the day on the phone to social security to see what happens now to be told they don't know and have never had this happen before where somebody loses all entitlement. I was told he cannot claim job seekers as he is not fit enough for work so prob best thing to do is to make a fresh claim and in the mean time to ask for a short term benefit advance and sorry they couldn't be more helpful but they really didn't know what to do. Does anyone out there know what we should do next we have requested new claim forms but it is just all confusing to be honest thankyou

I am rather confused, can you clarify a few things ?

1. On what date was your husband's transfer over to ESA from IB?

2. Are you sure that he only scored 9 points, at the reconsideration, as you need 15 points to gain access to The WRAG ?
