Does the decision notice inform you of your right to appeal the decision, or does it mention MR ?

Re my ESA decision and MR. My decision letter dated 31.10.13 does state must go through mandatory reconsideration before appeal. Ta for highlighted pages .Unfortunately locally my CAB no longer have funding to help with appeals so been hard to find out whats what.

In that case, follow the guides that I have provided with respect to MR.

As previously stated, you should still receive WRAG rate ESA,

(which should be no less than you were receiving prior to transfer, see : What will I be paid? )

whilst the MR and ensuing appeal (if necessary) is ongoing.
