ESA and job match was created by val
My daughter has been placed on ESA income based working group after medical. She placed an appeal 6 months ago and is awaiting date for independent tribunal. She was told that she did not need to attend job centre at time of submitting request for tribunal as she was unable to attend (she suffers with depression and severe anxiety. She received a telephone call yesterday to say that she needs to register for job match and be seen to apply for work, or attend local job centre for help finding work. She is unable to do either. she is unable to go online to do this due to concentration problems and inability to use internet (even to retrieve emails. She has 3 children, the youngest nearly 12 months old, and they suggested that my daughter get one of the older children to operate the internet for her. What can we do. She is so desperate. thanks Val

Your daughter needs to contact her local JC+ office. There are so many errors in regard to what you have posted that it sounds like they do not know what benefit she is receiving, if you had not said ESA I would have assumed JSA.
