I was transferred from IB to WRAG last November and my 365 days ends next week. I will not qualify for IR ESA as my partner works full time. I was sent an ESA50 in September and sent it back but have not heard anything since then. Will my claim continue and my NI contributions continue automatically while I wait for a decision or is there anything I have to do?

Will my claim continue and my NI contributions continue automatically while I wait for a decision or is there anything I have to do?
You should be automatically transferred to NI Credits, which will continue until a new Decision is made on your claim and after this if you continue to have Limited Capability for Work, if you are placed in the Support Group then your ESA(CB) payments will be re-instated.
