Hi,I am still awaiting a decision on my recent ESA form. However,I see through you site that you advise people to either phone or write to ask for another form and I understand this shows how the atos dr and decision maker have come to their decision.I was just wondering if one did ask for these forms ,what good do they do,can you refer to them in the next application for example-then that would make a good case to be kept on ESA if ones health does not improve. Thanks
There are a few reasons for requesting the paperwork associated with your claim. For instance, as you said, it can help with future applications and is very useful for appeals. It is also one way of finding out when to expect reassessment, as this information is not routinely given to claimants.
