Hi Everyone,
Good news, today we have received the award notice for our eldest son.
Awarded LRM indefinitely and HRC indefinitely.
The award notice format has changed somewhat, it notes that the decision maker has considered the information provided, (thanks to this site),"to be the most suitable available and enough to decide how much help you need".
As this award takes effect on his birthday,(about a month away), we are hoping they don't change their minds.
Many thanks to this site and it's supporters, long may you continue.
Regards, a very happy Pud.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi pud,
Well done and thank you for letting us have your good news. You obviously put a lot of work into your son's application if they haven't gone looking elsewhere for evidence before giving a substantial and indefinite award.

Thanks for your nice replies,
Our son will be 22 next birthday, he is autistic, so we did think that this renewal would be much more of a fight.
There was no medical, we just sent his reports from his first diagnosis upto his new referral for assessment now he is nolonger a child.
I did add some material from The Autistic Society website about the condition. Also some from the Dyspraxia site.
All helpfull stuff to explain how the condition effects people.
Maybe this was enough along with the full renewal form filled in with help from the guides on this site.
It can be done, it's nice to win one without to much hassell.
Regards,Pud
