A big thank you to this site and to all moderators. I finally got my ESA award. I am placed in the support group for three years with no medical. Phew!
I did send 20 extra pages of how my life is affected and did not rely on the tick boxes. I wrote at the back of the ESA forms how many A4 sheets I had enclosed. I also sent reports from my neurosurgeon, neurologist , endocrinologist, cardiologist and ophthalmologist.
Just the pressure of the forms made me ill and I ended up having to have another scan so I am releived I have had a 3 year award.
Thank you.

Hi A,
Congratulations on The SG Award without a "medical" !!
Thanks for letting us know and for your positive comments about "All" at B&W !!
Hopefully, you can relax for a good while and concentrate on dealing with your medical condition/s.
I note that you are aware of the 3 year prognosis, but you may still find : This Post interesting with regards to requesting other information when your next reassessment comes round.
If you request it now, it will save you rushing to obtain it in 3 years time.

Oh no, I wasn't aware of the 3 year prognosis!! What is is this? I had to contact ESA to find out my award as it did not state it on the letter I received. What exactly do I need to ask for?
Thanks so much.

Hi A,
The Prognosis of any ESA award is the recommended period before you should be reassessed.
Normally, 3 years is the maximum prognosis.
So you either ask for the recommended date of your next reassessment, or the length of the prognosis of your current SG Award.
Both of these being the same.
It is laid out in the post that I provided the link to originally.
You have already stated that you have a 3 year award :
at the bottom of : This Post." I am releived I have had a 3 year award."
That's why I assumed that you were already aware of the prognosis of The SG Award.
