re medical face to face for esa. I attended one last week and was only in for 5 minutes. I did have the medical recorded. All the lady did was ask me questions about my medical history and she also had evidence from my previous assessments. She also knew that I had lost my wife in October last year when I have not put anything about this on my esa 50 form. Anyway after 5 minutes she said that she could see I was in severe pain and that she had enough evidence to complete the assessment but she dosent make the decision but everything should be alright. I was recently awarded pip high rate mobility and standard rate care. I am in the support group at the moment.

Early curtailment of an ESA face to face "can" be a good sign !!!

I am afraid that you will have to wait and see what the actual decision is.

You could give it a week or so then contact ESA to see whether The DWP ESA DM has made a decision which you should also receive in writing :

just a update, i rang dwp today and was informed i have been placed in support group for 3 years and that a decision letter is on the way.
Great news but cant celebrate today because daughter unavailable today and can't leave house without her help.
