Thanks.
Hi dg,
You only have to take your own copies of any evidence that you have and may have already submitted to The TS.
The TS will have sent copies of any evidence that you have submitted to them, on to The DWP, and you and The TS already have the DWP evidence pack.
If you were to submit a page or two of fresh evidence on the day by handing it to The Clerk before the hearing, then you would have to give The Clerk 3 copies of any such fresh evidence and keep one for yourself.
The idea being that all parties, you, The DWP and The TS Panel all have copies of the evidence submitted.

Best of luck and please let us know how you get on !

Just waiting for date for PIP appeal as only awarded low rate mobility feeling much more confident now. Thank you so muxh would not have known where to start without your excellent guides.

Wow dg,
Well done !!!
0 Points to The SG is no mean feat !!!
It's good that The Tribunal Panel gave you a fair hearing !!
Thanks for your comments regarding B&W , they are much appreciated !
Good luck with The PIP Appeal, where the only major difference in proceedings should be that there is a 3rd member on the panel, a "Disability Specialist".

Hi dn,
You should normally receive a written Decision Notice, either on the day of the hearing, or some days later through the post.
This may give the reasons why you were placed into The SG !
What you should NOT do, under any circumstances, is contact The Tribunal and request a written Statement of Reasons/Record of Proceedings.
If you do, DWP will also receive a copy, and this may cause them to look at the decision more in depth with a view to challenging The Tribunal decision, which may end up with The DWP seeking leave to appeal to The Upper Tier Tribunal.
In other words, don't "poke the hornets nest" !!
If you do have copy of The Decision Notice and don't understand any of the content, you could post extracts here, and we may be able to help with explaining it for you.
