ESA appeal success!!! was created by tedthered64
I will like to offer my sincerest thanks to Gordon, bro 58 and Mrs hurtyback for the advice, support, understanding and outstanding guidance over the last 5 months throughout my appeals process, I cannot thank you all enough!
I attended my appeal today and I am delighted to say that I was awarded 30 points for the descriptors that I challenged!
In both instances receiving 15 points for each of them, placed in support group.
Those that have followed my threads will have read about my horrendous experience with the so called HCP, I am pleased to say that the tribunal were completely didmissive of him and alsohis report were I was awarded 0 points.
The tribunal have based their decision on information supplied by my GP and also my consultant and the medical evidence provided by the appellant!
I would like to advise people that in the bundle of evidence supplied to the tribunal many documents and bits of evidence I had supplied to the DWPwere missing.
I carefully went through everything and forwarded all of this missing evidence to the tribunals, x rays, scans and also documents.
This made a difference!
Will leave people to make up their own minds wether or not this was a malicious act or incompetence?
I was awarded 2 years before reassessment.
My advice to everyone is to make the most of the expertise offered by the mods that I mention above, do not give up and provide every bit of evidence that you possibly can.
Most of all follow the guides provided on this site, believe me, they are an invaluable resource.
Thank all
Keep the faith

Brilliant news Tedthered64. I have read your posts and I am very pleased that you won your appeal.
It's just awful that you had to go through it in the first place, and I completely agree with bro58!
I hope that you are able to have some rest from the dwp and concentrate on your health.
Best wishes
