Notification of compliance telephone interview

I wonder if you can help. I have just received a letter re the above. It will be in two weeks time. I have never received one of these before. Are you able to help on what they mean.

Please try not to worry i had one of those recently and i rang the number tacked down the compliance officer and had it sorted the same morning. Mine was because of some voluntary work that i do. It wasn't a problem the guy was very helpful and friendly.

I received the same letter 2 weeks ago, my compliance telephone interview is on Monday. The only change I can think of is that my MIS was stopped back in April and I didnt use their service to sort out how to cover the shortfall. Maybe they think I suddenly came into some money? I didnt, my son covers it as he pays the rest of the mortgage too. I am on ESA for Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety, Arhtritis and back problems, Ive hardly slept. Not enough sleep is one of the triggers for my Bipolar, I hope Im not in the middle of an episode come the telephone appointment time on Monday.
