As far as I recall, there was no mention of offering up notes from my last claim.

You should have been asked because the DLA information is only included if it is requested.

Instead of being assessed in a face to face where health is supposed to be the issue, deceit and tactics are at the forefront. Has anybody got video footage of themselves entering, during their time at assessment or leaving atos premises?
