Both the PIP2 and the AR1 ask you to list your conditions, they ask for existing conditions and any new ones since you were last assessed.

I can't guarantee that the result of your Tribunal will be considered, you should include this information yourself.

thanks for that clarification....
Do they also take into consideration evidence that you've gathered yourself, I.e a diary of how you manage?

If at review they either change or stop my award will I have to pay it back? & could I reapply again at some point? (jumping ahead I know)

Yes, you can submit your own evidence.

If your award is reduced then you won't be asked to pay any money back,

If it is removed then you can either challenge the Decision or make a new claim, in either case, you will need to address the reasons why the claim was refused.

Dear Gary, I thought that any change of circumstances had to be reported. Whether good or bad. I've informed them of a change of circumstances based on my deterioration. I think part of what you have said here is wholly incorrect.

To repeat what I have said in this topic.

We cannot tell members that they do not need to notify the DWP if their conditions have changed but the DWP are rarely bothered if they are not told if a claimant's conditions have deteriorated.

Hi Gordon and BIS, thanks for the clarification. Tbh I got really worried because whilst my own condition has deteriorated over time, I told them after the fact due to the fear of being treated like I was before. I apologise if I caused offence it wasn't meant to come across that way. I panicked thinking they will annihilate me for not telling them sooner.

I think you guys/gals do an absolute sterling job helping others. Please accept my profound apologies. Best wishes xx
