Do I need to pay back ESA?

So agree and this is where the other mod's suggestion [think it was LL26?] comes in, to never start a call without things to do eg knitting, word-searches, and imho at least one hot cuppa! helps to distract from the psycho-racket! Also I try to remember to use my husband's mobile as his giffgaff deal has unlimited minutes, so it does not matter if it exceeds 60 minutes as it does with our landline. [And I can carry it to the loo!!!}
