Hi,
If it`s any help:
Select a date for "Start Date"
Select the 31st March (if you select an April date it won`t work)
A selection must be made from the options on the right, even if nothing is awarded (or that`s how I got it to work)
And then calculate
I get a backdated sum
For some reason it doesn`t like April, but 31st March produces a result

I get the same result as you £0.00
I put in dates 04/10/2021 to 25/03/2022 to find backdate amount std mobility and enhanced daily living.
I am using a MacBook Air
