I will ask a medical professional for their advice.
What is considered the majority of the time?
Also with the ESA medical report (which I have a copy of). My LCW/LCWRA information isn’t based on my seizures (which is bizarre) it’s based on my mental health more than anything.
Should the focus be on if the LCW/LCWRA information has got better? Which is depression & anxiety.
(Again, annoying questions)

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hello Sierra
No question is too annoying, so please don't worry. The team of MOD's on here are extremely knowledgeable and are very generous in sharing their expertise with us, I know, I too was a 'Benefit Newbie' and probably asked some daft questions myself. As Gary said, until you receive notification of reassessment, try not to dwell on it too much in the interim, you'll wear yourself out.
Best wishes
Sue

Hello,
So I spoke to my doctor and they have said my condition is getting worse and are escalating a letter to the neighbourhood mental health team.
However I have a few questions regarding this descriptor, for which I have been awarded my ESA on:
Initiating and completing personal action (which means planning, organisation, problem solving, prioritising or switching tasks). Activity 13 assesses the ability to initiate and successfully complete tasks without the need for external prompting.
If I wrote in my Universal Credit journal and asked for help from a Disability Employment Advisor. Is this classed as achieving some of this descriptor?
Baring in mind that I have been prompted by a therapist to contact such person and have been in regular contact with such person since the initial prompt.
