Sorry to correct you but there is a Going Out activity for ESA/UC, it's activity 15 in the Mental Health section.

So my review is in December. Is this a chance to look at whether my condition has improved or worsened and different types of therapy I’ll now be doing etc?

There’s a chance I could from LCWRA to LCW too?

Is it worth appealing at this stage the original award as some of the facts are wrong? Or should I keep the medical report from the last one and just use it for the review?

I’m not sure what to do to be honest going forward.

I’m still trying to improve my condition but I don’t know how much better or worse I am since mental health is a sliding scale obviously.

So if my review is December. I need to be preparing for it with new referrals etc. New evidence of self harm etc.

If you have a worsening of your condition, do you tell them even if you’re in the support group?

Hi sierra

If you are already in the support group, and your condition worsens you will not get any extra money, what you will get is an increase in stress and anxiety.

You only need to report a change in circumstances if your condition improves.

When you are re-assessed in December, you can then mention that your health condition has deteriorated and include supporting evidence.

You need to relax between now and when you are reassessed, just take your time getting everything together so that you are not in a rush or panic when the day arrives.

Hi sierra

You are over thinking things, as stated in my previous post, take your time to get yourself prepared for when you are next re-assessed.

They will know what group you are in as it should be on your record, remember your payments stay in payment until your are next re-assessed so don't panic if you do not receive a review form when you think you should have one, remember there is quite a large backlog in review renewals.
