Hi Nikki-White

Usually you have to wait 5 weeks, that was before covid. I am not aware of it taking longer, members on this forum may know better.

Sorry , I’m still confused about the back dating

As it was a change of circumstances that I made in June 2021, so I continues to get the standard mobility up to the assessment and the decision on the 17th of March where the DWP declined and gave 0 points.

I then won the standard for daily living at the appeal stage

This is where I am confused, it mentions overturning the decision from the march 2022 and my award will run to 2025.

So do I get the standing daily living backdated to the 17th of March, or to when I put in the change of circumstances?

NW

The award should be backdated to the date of the original DWP Decision (17 March).
