I am really confused right now.
My representative sent in evidence on the 11/08/2022, this was a doctors letter about my conditions, summary of my medical history including the fibromyalgia diagnosis and my repeat meds, a letter from my psychologist and my doctor saying that due to cronic pain can’t handle more then once a day in the office - this is referred as Addition B, no idea what was addition A
Anyway, more stuff was sent on the 20/09/2022
In this pack is the follow from appellant evidence addition C
During the application process, evidence is gathered to build a clear picture of a claimants heath condition and the impact this has on their day to day lives including information gathered by health professional, their report and all the information provided by the claimant.
The information gathered from this process enabled the most appropriate activity descriptors to be chosen and full justifications of descriptor choices has been explained i. The response.
We have received evidence in relation to the claimants appeal i the form of addition B - representative evidence received on 11/08/2022.
We have reviewed this and note the hearing is scheduled for 14/09/2022.
Therefor, this evidence has no effect on the appeal submission at this stage and the secretary of state position remains unchanged.
Secretary of state do not require a further copy of these papers.
So I am really confused, does that mean that thr DWP is ignoring this evidence which is the main bulk of my stuff, and my appeal date is the 30/09/2022, so no idea where they got the 14/09/2022 from.
This is really making me worried and stressing out so much

Hi Nikki-White
The DWP are saying they will not change their mind, so the Tribunal will go ahead. I know that is worrying, but it's common for them to ignore evidence or disagree with evidence - after all, that is how you found yourself having to go to the Tribunal in the first place. Concerning the date - just give the Tribunals Service a ring - to check that your Tribunal is going ahead on the 30th. It's probably just a typing error on the part of the DWP.

Thank you for your advice
My appeal is this Friday and I am terrified that its just going to be a waste of time and that I will need to start this all over again.

Hi Nikki-White
You have got this far, and that's huge. Just one more step. I hope it goes well for you this Friday.
