I am filling out my first PIP application online. The deadline is 26th Sept but I am still collecting information and I would like the application to be reviewed by someone at Citizen Advice before I submit. I aslo have an appointment with my GP for a review on 29th Sept where I hope to get a letter to send to DWP..
I have heard you can get a 2 week extension (from the excellent PIP on-demand training here at B&W). I also saw on Citizen advice you might be able to a months extension.
Apparently, waiting for medical information is not a reason to delay the form. So what might be a justification for delaying the form and getting an extension. I really want to give myself more time to do a good job on the form and avoid appeals, etc.
