Should the DWP send the evidence pack to both the applicant and any representative they may have?

2 packs should be sent to both parties - not just the representative, is this correct?

Hi micketh

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum

You are correct, Dwp will send a Bundle of Documents to the Tribunal Service, and a copy to the claimant and a copy to the nominated representative.

Each page of the bundle will be numbered, any additional supporting documents sent in to the Tribunal Service will be numbered and sent to all parties involved.
