I am sorry to say this but I am very upset and feeling low and ashamed. There is no way I posted the same post "7 times!!" I can assure you I am very careful with what I post and I would not dream of inconvenienceing you in this way.
I am still none the wiser re the question about the fit note. I cannot find that answer, so I am unsure where the reply you have stated is, it is not appearing under your link.
Gary I feel awful.

We seem to have glitches on the forum with user posts appearing multiple times and Mod ones disappearing.
Anyway, to try and answer your question or at least provide information so you can decide what to do.
First, without a Fit Note in place, you will be placed in the All Work Group unless your Work Coach applies your Support Group status to your UC claim. If they had done this then I would have expected them to have told them this when you met them.
Secondly, supplying a Fit Note for your UC claim will not start an assessment process until four weeks will have elapsed, I would expect your current ESA award to have been transferred by them but can't guarantee it.
Lastly, even if an assessment process is started, when your ESA award is transferred, which it will be, then that process should be stopped.
In the interim, all I can suggest is you contact your WOrk Coach via your UC Journal to get an idea of how they view the situation.

Thanks so much for your help. I have not applied the fit note to my account as yet, as my work coach told me yesterday that my ESA will be transferred over and I wouldn't need to go in and see my workcoach at all anymore.
However, this morning my CB ESA payment did not go into my account. I am worried. Does everything apart from PIP all get paid in one lump sum every month from now on? Or is there somethng wrong? I wonder if I have my wires crossed. Is it the case that
a) that although the amounts stay the same, they are paid only once per month, or
b)I am going to be paid the lower amount as if I had never received CB ESA?
Just as I thought things were straightforward again I have been sent in a tizz again this morning! I'm trying to stay calm and not freak out...
I'm hoping my brain has just ordered everything the wrong way round and that all is well. Thank you for any help or advice.

Just adding to my question as I have just received a letter stating that "Your contributions based ESA will change to New Style ESA from 14 June"
It then tells me about the interview, commitments, etc...
Then over the page it says
"Your award of income-related ESA will end on 13/06/2023, this is because UC is replacing the income-related ESA you get"
I am so confused.com
