Thanks for the update. I am sorry. Sounds absolutely horrendous. I admire you for keeping fighting them on the lack of transparency and obvious errors. I really hope you get a positive outcome sooner rather than later. I won't hold my breath on you getting a satisfactory response to your complaints. Too often, they spout insincere words that mean nothing.
