Pip claim journey to Appeal

So sorry to hear all this, Sum. Few people seem to understand how difficult life can be for people with disabilities and their carers - if only those who think it is a lifestyle choice could walk a week in our shoes! (Or, maybe, for so many, not walk, if you see what I mean.) I always feel an award of PIP is not just about the money - it's about having your daily struggles officially recognised and acknowledged.

They asked me if we wanted to wait online while they deliberated on the length of award. Son would like to know he was with me. They asked to see him and speak to him.

In the end, when the judge gave us the verdict i thanked the panel as the vindication meant so much !

IMO - Political propaganda capitalises on ppl ignorance and fears unfortunately.
