Hi all,
just an update, my GP wrote me a great letter, which I sent to the DLA, anyway had a appt with my GP today, and the DLA have sent him a form to fill in, so at leats they have written to him, let's hope they write to my consultant as well. My GP has also a letter from my consultant after my last appt (I usually get a copy, but for some reason didn't this time). he is going to send the DLA a copy of that letter as well. So I wait to see what happens next.
keep on fighting everyone

Hi,
If your GP is not sympathetic to your cause then I suggest as has been mentioned in other threads that you pay for and get your full medical history to lend weight to your problems.

Hi,
I found this in another thread "the best thing to do is request youre medical records, paper ones for about 50 quid from surgery and mail them that, thats what i did."
So, if you can afford it, it would seem to be the way to go.
