Thanks David ,
The frustration is from the fact this keeps on happening ! Is this incompetence/laziness/ lack of training? take your pick. Its not me or clmt for sure .... we've jumped through hoops to do things properly. anything less is not worth the stress

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Sum
Unfortunately this is a by product of the way the DWP is organised with some telephony advice being outsourced to organisations such as Serco and fine they are not privileged to access DWP IT as they are not Civil Servants.

i've messaged UCJ stating i will not have access or engage online via journal until issue is resolved.
i'll attend the in person appt with my ID and take it from there.
Might take boxing gloves too 🥊🥊

btw - i'm not being delibrately obstinate or difficult by refusing to interact via UCJ until appointee comms are routed correctly.
This is a service failure on there part imo. As a result its causing stress harm and anxiety / confusion to the clmt , which is the very purpose of having an apptee in the first place ...... why do i feel like a 🐈chasing its tail ?
not only is it having a detrimental impact on clmt Mental and physical health, its causing more difficult convo between me and him .... i then have to leave him be for fear anxiety and depression triggers and hope he is in a better place when we talk next . that is if i havent bloody taken a long walk off a short bridge ........ its no joke.
sorry for the rant ... feeling low atm
