hello,

does anyone know how long the appointee process takes ?

UC lot say nothing on system to confirm apptee.... despite DWP visiting officer stated he was from local UC office so would update UC side.

PIP lot say they have requested appointee info and pending reply from UC

feel like DWP is chasing tails ......

How to escalate ? how hard can it be ?
