Thanks David ,

Is the '12 page ' an issue ? should i start a new thread instead ?

i was just keeping all the appeal stuff in a consistent place so i can refer to it .

I have 3 appeals in pipeline - sometimes i feel like shutting them down tbh. but then think i would not be doing justice to the clmts (family members)

Its a mental strain bec of the time passed since raising issues originally. eventually i have to take a 'mental time travel machine' to recall why we disagree with decision in the first place, while separating and ignoring current situation

the time lapse of years waiting for a hearing is a convenient built in mechanism which works in the DWP favor - i imagine its difficult for ppl to sustain the energy and stamina to fight while dealing with health , disability and daily living struggles.

Hi Sum

I am not sure if the 12 pages is an issue. I suppose it isn't if you can navigate around the thread and get good quality responses.
I don't have a great deal of experience of Appeals though.
