6 months into pip review and nothing yet. was created by Tina

I sent my review form back in April and I have received a couple of generic texts saying it's not done yet. My pip should have expired this month but yesterday I received a letter saying that they have extended it for 13 months while they do my review.
Is this normal? Should I be worried?
I just want it doing. I feel like im in limbo.

Hi Tina

Yes it is normal and does not indicate anything negative about the upcoming decision.
The important thing is that they have remembered to extend your award whilst you are waiting.
