This should be perfectly acceptable to the DWP.I am now very concerned, i have sent the printed version ESA50, i thought that was acceptable, or have i got it wrong.

I'm not sure why the DWP have a problem with your ESA1, there is a printable and an interactive version of the ESA1 form on the DirectGov website, see
www.direct.gov.uk/en/MoneyTaxAndBenefits...lorinjured/DG_172014
So it is clearly intended to be used in this way.

I do know some of the pages were in the wrong order because it printed double sided and some were mixed up. But other then that I dont see any other issues with it. But of course with the sick note issue I still would have to send it in anyway.

Good luck.
You seem to be having some very good people assisting you in your hour of need. Many GP's will not be as good as yours in the fact of your GP actually taking a direct help to the right jobcentre+/DWP personel.
At last welfare people assisting and crisis loans availble.
Well my GP is normally awkward with me and I dont normally see the permanent gP either, however it was the senior permanent GP who had to issue the duplicate sick note and I had to explain to him why, he then remembered he got contacted about the first sick note and that couldnt have happened if they never had the first sick note.

Remember when I said my medical came only 2 weeks after I returned the other form and they said this one would be fast tracked.
Well they got my ESA50 back on tuesday, but now I have been told it will be 6-8 weeks before an appointment.
Gordon didnt you say the appointment is booked when the form is sent out?
It seems odd when they would prefer someone to lose benefit a medical is booked quickly but now I have no benefit until I have a medical there is a long wait. It seems they prioritising IB to ESA reassessments over new claims.
My MP tried to push it again but got nowhere again. So its looking like 3-4 months of no payment. Including the period already gone
My appeal hasnt been submitted to the tribunal yet either, which seems to be taking a long time or is it normal for them to hold it for over a month before sending it?
