Ok surprise happened.
Yesterday I chased up the appeal and was told it was still awaiting processing and they got large backlog but the person put me to the top of the pile for today. So I expected to get a letter probably next week to say it been sent to tribunal service, however today they rang to say they changed their mind and I am reinstated. They decided I had good cause. Massive relief although I am aware I will very likely within a month probably be going through the reassessment to ESA again but this time I will be not just relying on a letter for the medical assessment appointment.
I also just rang the charity who helped me to tell them I am giving them their money back as since my money is been backdated its the right thing to do as far as I am concerned. So I will be doing that as soon as possible as well.

I was hoping at least for a little break of this.
I assumed my new atos appointment would be cancelled here is what I got told.
IB call centre - it be cancelled but ask ESA to send you confirmation letter so you have it in writing incase an issue arises.
ESA call centre - didnt have an idea told me to ring ATOS.
ATOS - I must attend unless I hear otherwise (I will do).
The IB BDC also gave me a call back regarding my payments and I asked them about it as well, he said I am still in the reassessment phase and in clerically offline status, if a medical has already been booked even for another reason its probable it will be left to go ahead and the results just used for the reasessment instead of the new claim. (Not what I really wanted to hear as I think I will fail.)
I guess been realistic tho its a miracle I got the reconsideration and have money coming to me this week for 6 weeks of what was only recently no entitlement.
Gordon or anyone else is what I have been told right that the medical is still likely to go ahead? (which is in 2 weeks).
ESA department did tell me an ESA55 was sent out to ATOS today in the post, whatever that means.

You are still subject to an ESA assessment, and it has been decided that you are required to attend a medical as part of this.
You need to attend this, under normal cicumstances a claimant is allowed to re-arrange or miss one appointment, but if two are missed, your file will be returned again to the DWP as a "no show" and you'll be found Fit for Work again.
