Oh I will attend if its the case I need to go.
I just found it odd a medical booked as part of a new claim would still need to be attended when that claim is cancelled.
Can you answer what a EBA55 form is?

I'm sorry, I have not heard of an EBA55 and don't get any hits when I try to search for it. Are you sure it is not an ESA55?

yep I meant ESA55 sorry, I only got one hit when searching for it.

Although you lodged a new claim, now that the original one has been re-instated, it is this one that should be progressed.
The ESA55 is the folder that contains all of the documents related to this assessment, it is passed between the DWP and ATOS.

ok thanks, so I guess they just sent updated documents for the reason why its been held. Although I would have thought ATOS only need to know a medical is needed and nothing else.
Or it may be they sent the original ESA50 that was sent to them in december?
