'Patient Advice Liaison Service', located at your local PCT (or whatever organisation has replaced them, if they are not still going).

An organisation is simply not allowed to decline a Subject Access Request on the basis that they do not have time!

Hi, I had my atos medical on 3rd march and was told I had nothing to worry about. However I have found out I have been put into wrag group esa and will be fit for work in 18 months :( I do not know if I should appeal or not? I am on morphine, amytriptylyne, tramadol, carbogen and phenytoin. I have recently had an accident resulting in going to the hospital daily to have dressings changed on a rather nasty scald. Anyone else had the same problem. Best wishes to everyone Karensweep

Hi Karen,

You might be better starting another thread with your question, as it is so different from the subject of this one and might mean that you get fewer replies :)

Hi Buster,
I did manage to get my medical records from my GP surgery, it still did cost me £40, but in reality in my case getting all my hospital records may have been better as i had lots of surgeries and other procedures done to my spine, the records i obtained from GP were very concise general letters from consultants to GP,and i do think hospital records may of been a lot more detailed in my case, just thought i,d give you my input and the cost was the same as yours. Good Luck.
