The indefinite award is a victory!

Current DLA claimants will be 'invited' to claim PIP between 2015-2017. However I believe it will be random so I don't think the indefinite award will make a diffence in that regard. Having said that, however, considering the shambles the DWP are in I think it is highly unlikely they will have finished the PIP migration process by 2017. So it will hopefully be a few years before you have to worry about that.

Thank you for your replies, I suppose no one has a crystal ball with regards to the DWP/PIP Migration/ESA etc, let's hope it is 2017!!!

Decided not to appeal as far to stressful for someone with a mental health problem
