Both showing delivered to
DWP Wolverhampton PDO, what ever that is.

Just have to wait and see of we get paid tomorrow.

Wolverhampton has a large DWP distribution centre, PDO could stand for Postal Delivery Office, I'm not sure.

BDO stands for Benefits Delivery Office.

The ESA50 has been delivered, so you have fulfilled your obligation.

Therefore, I wouldn't worry, your current rate of ESA will be paid until you have been assessed and the DWP DM has made a decision.

What I don't get is ATOS address was Brist
Where it arrived, be now its in Wolverhampton.

The paying benefits office is Gloucester, arrived at Swindon sorting
Office, then that was shipped off to Wolverhampton as well.

Doesn't make any sense, but then nothing the government
does ever makes sense.

The main thing is that it was returned to the address provided by the deadline given.

The days when benefits were dealt with by a local office are long gone. Different DWP Dept/Offices are now situated in locations all across the country.

Sometimes, these can be hundreds of miles from the claimant's location.

Uh, don't promise that. I sent my ESA50 special delivery to the ATOS address, it arrived the day before the due date, was redirected to arrive *ON* the given date and yet the DWP still claimed it was late, cancelled my existing claim (support group) and declared me Fit for Work!

Thanks to them sending the notification second class, I didn't find out for another week.

Yes, I sent mine into both with accompanying letters from my GP and Consultant. After 4 weeks I received another form. I then contacted ATOS who first said they lost my form but then suddenly they found it. I contacted my local DWP and they hadn't received it and also said my forms had not been received by ATOS but said I was placed in the Support Group. 1 year later I now received a letter from ATOS inviting me for a medical.
