Hi Carper. You may be able to help me, my daughter is in a similar situation. She was out of UK for just over a year, so has only been past resident in UK for 23 months out of 36. She should be fine with Habitual Residency. She was born in UK, worked in UK before going to Spain and has worked in UK since returning. All her family live in UK. She cannot get through first line support to even be able to make a claim. She has MS.
