Telephone work focused interview (ESA) was created by mrjohnno
So I got a letter a couple of days back telling me that I have to 'attend' a call despite a good 5 years telling all bodies that I don't have a telephone. JC+ in their letter say I have provided a number but it is over 5 years old.
It does state that if the number is wrong then I can call them but since I don't have a phone at all I'm unsure what to do. Can I write as usual informing them AGAIN of this?

The DWP do not accept communication by email, so yes, you will have to write to them.

Sorry. Unlike all other times where it says I can call the number above or write to the address above it only gives the option of calling. I thought it was clear that this was the case because why would I ask the question if I could write? Seriously Gordon, if I was given the option of writing then why would I ask if I can do it in writing?
