thank you. it does seem muddled at present and does not appear to follow any guidelines the letter say it is an assessment (I am not the claimant) it looks like the original non face to face is being constantly re offered as a failure to attend.

1. the original esa50 decision was appealed.
2. placed in support group. decision letter recd from dwp.
3. received face to face appointment month later from atos.
4. sent decision letter copy and med evidence again.
5. appt cancelled, reason accepted letter recd.
6. month later, new appt face to face assessment recd.
7. same as 4.
8. same as 5.
9. same as 6.

They need to contact ATOS to find out what is going on, if this is a re-assessment and they continue to fail to attend the interviews then there will come a point, even for someone with mental health issues, when ATOS will return their file to the DWP as a "no show", which could easily result in their claim being closed.
