It may take a couple of weeks for them to update your file to reflect the new SG decision, and it can take 6-8 weeks for any arrears owed to be paid.
Keep an eye on your bank account.
Once you receive the Decision Notice letter, you may wish to request documentation to confirm the prognosis of the SG award and the reasons why you were placed into it.
