You don't say which group of ESA you have been placed into WRAG or Support Group (SG) ?

By being "too late", if you have been placed into The WRAG, are you requesting a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) with a view to an Appeal ?
MR's must be requested within one month of the date of the Decision Notice letter.
If you are not requesting an MR, then you could issue a SAR, the DWP have 40 calander days to comply with a SAR.

This post. Even though the information provided in the post above is with regards to an SG award, the information regarding the SAR would be similar for a WRAG award.
Remember, The ESA85 Medical Report only includes recommendation made by the ATOS HCP, it is The DWP DM who makes the final decision.
Does The ESA85 include any references to Limited Capability for Work (LCW) Schedule 2, which is a WRAG recommendation or Limited Capability for Work Related Activity (LCWRA) Schedule 3 which is an SG recommendation.
Sometimes with a WRAG recommendation, the HCP will simply state that you meet the threshold of entitlement to LCW (WRAG), or words to that effect.
