I'm confused

Ooooh! I see. Oh gosh. Thank you for all your help Gordon. I am just beginning to fill in the document and using the DLA guide every step of the way. My GP mentioned frustration felt not only from his patients but his own. I have just emailed him the link to this site and told him I would be paralysed without this help.

With your help and the help of everyone here I would not have been able to complete the ESA form either.
