I have just had my DLA looked at again and was awarded the high rate care from low and the same on mobility. So when I transfer to PIP, do I have to have another face to face assessment/medical or could they just transfer it over.

As you will see, the qualifying criteria for PIP is totally different to that of DLA, so even though you may not have to take part in a face to face assessment if you can provide enough evidence with your PIP 2 Form for the Assessors to make a paper based assessment, you will definitely have to go through the PIP Assessment process.
